Her starting point is that a compliance framework nobody follows is worse than none at all, because it documents the gap. She designs controls around how a business actually operates, then makes the evidence of oversight a by-product of the process rather than a year-end scramble.

Amara leads the firm's incident response work and has run breach notifications inside the statutory window on matters affecting hundreds of thousands of records.
